iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud Realtime stock issues (EU Instance) Resolved

The incident involving iD Cloud Realtime Stock on our EU instance has been resolved. All data processing is back to normal and the realtime stock information is accessible again. This means the iD Cloud features depending on this information are now also working again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.

We see our systems recovering and the external provider has posted an update that they have implemented the fix. Our teams are closely watching the systems to verify all data is processed correctly again. As soon as everything is recovered, we will post an update again.

We received an update that the external provider has identified the issue and that they are implementing a fix. We are keeping a close eye on this and as soon as we see the systems recovering, we will update this page again.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud Realtime stock issues (EU Instance)

One of our external providers is having issues, which is affecting the iD Cloud service on the EU instance. We have raised a high priority issue with them and the issue is actively being worked on. Unfortunately until that issue is resolved, all features that require realtime stock information (like Shipments, Refill, Availability, Realtime Count etc) will encounter errors in both the iD Cloud app and iD Cloud web. As soon as we have more information or updates, we will update you again here.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud Realtime stock issues (EU Instance)

We are seeing issues with iD Cloud Realtime stock on our EU instance currently. Our technical team is currently investigating this. This may have impact on Refill and Availability in our mobile apps. And the updates to item statuses are delayed. Also in iD Cloud web, an error may occur when trying to retrieve this data. When we have more information, this will be shared on our status page.

Cube (EU) Cube: Issues with authorizations

The issue with the authorizations has been identified. A fix is currently being implemented, and the systems are being restored to full functionality.

Currently, Cube is experiencing issues with authorizations, which is affecting parts of functionality of the access control system. We are actively working on resolving the issue.
