EASiNet (OS/t systems) (EU) EASiNet Service Disruption (Resolved) - EU Instance

The backlog of alarm and customer-counting data from EASiNet systems has now been processed.

Nedap Retail Analytics, reports, APIs and other data exports are up to date and functioning normally again. Store-based EAS functionality remained operational throughout the incident.

We will continue to monitor the service. This incident is now considered resolved.

EASiNet (OS/t systems) (EU) EASiNet Service Disruption (Update) - EU Instance

We have successfully restored the processing of alarm and customer-counting data from EASiNet systems. Due to the large backlog that accumulated during the service disruption, it will take some time before Nedap Retail Analytics, reports, APIs, and other data exports are fully up to date as the platform continues processing the backlog. Store-based EAS functionality remained operational throughout the incident and continues to function normally. Our teams are closely monitoring the recovery process. We will provide another update as more information becomes available or if there are any significant developments.

EASiNet (OS/t systems) (EU) EASiNet Service Disruption (Update) - EU Instance

We are still experiencing an interruption in the processing of alarm and customer-counting data from EASiNet systems.

As a result, this data from OS/T systems is currently not available in Nedap Retail Analytics, reports, APIs and other data exports. Store-based EAS functionality remains operational.

Our teams were able to partly restore the platform and are continuing to work on restoring the affected data processing. At this time, we cannot provide an estimated time for restoration.

We will provide another update when more information is available.

EASiNet (OS/t systems) (EU) EASiNet Service Disruption (Update) - EU Instance

Our development team has identified the root cause of the service disruption affecting the EASiNet platform and OS/T systems. The team is actively working on resolving the issue. Due to the complexity of the problem, we expect the investigation and recovery efforts to take more time. At this stage, we are unable to provide an estimated time for service restoration. The EAS functionality in stores continues to operate normally and is not impacted.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available or when there are significant developments.

EASiNet (OS/t systems) (EU) EASiNet Service Disruption (Investigating) - EU Instance

We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting EASiNet. The EASiNet portal is currently unavailable. Our development team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore the service as quickly as possible. Please note that this issue only affects the EASiNet online platform and its connectivity. The EAS functionality in stores continues to operate normally and is not impacted. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud service disruption (resolved) - EU Instance

All systems are available again and data is being processed normally. The incident has been resolved, and our team will continue to monitor.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud service disruption (resolving) - EU Instance

The connectivity issues for iD Cloud have been resolved. Our technical team will keep monitoring the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud service disruption (investigating) - EU Instance

We have multiple teams investigating the connectivity issues we see in our applications. We see some features loading data again, but some are still slow or not responding. Our teams are working to identify the root cause and resolve the issues.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud service disruption (investigating) - EU Instance

We are currently experiencing a service disruption. iD Cloud pages might load slowly or not load at all and our APIs or App might not respond or be slower then usual. Our development team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. We will send an additional update when we have more information.
