Auth0 is an identity and management platform which is used for Single Sign On (SSO) with an external login in our Nedap Retail applications.

The support portal and knowledge base is hosted with a third party called Freshdesk. This portal is hosted separate from our other applications.

Some of our services send emails with account details or reports attached. These emails are sent via an external party that provides our transactional email service.
