iD Cloud Web (EU) Issues with iD Cloud - data processing delays - EU Instance

We have monitored the situation and all is working as expected. All services are fully operational again and all data has been processed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

iD Cloud Web (EU) Issues with iD Cloud - data processing delays - EU Instance

We experienced data processing delays at an external supplier, but we are now seeing data coming in and the systems are processing information again. Some features in iD Cloud may have shown errors during this period, but functionality should gradually return to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update if anything changes.

We are seeing data processing delays on one of our servers.

It is possible that some features in iD Cloud are currently not able to retrieve data and show an error. Our team is investigating this and we will post an update as soon as we know more.
