iD Cloud APIs (EU) Connection issues for iD Cloud Team Count (EU Instance)

Our technical team has fixed the issue affecting Team Count on the EU instance. We have monitored the situation for the past 15 minutes, and all Team Count behavior is back to normal. This incident is now marked as resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) Connection issues for iD Cloud Team Count (EU Instance)

Our team has investigated the issue affecting Team Count on the EU instance. We are seeing positive improvement in processing and connection errors are lowering. Users are able to connect to Team Count again. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share another update as soon as we have more information.
