iD Cloud Web (EU) iD Cloud Web reachable again (EU Instance)

The connection issues towards iD Cloud Web (EU instance) have been restored and the web application is accessible again. In case you still see an error try to clear your cache and refresh the web application. All underlying systems, mobile apps and APIs were not affected and have remained working during this period.

iD Cloud Web not accessible (EU Instance)

iD Cloud web on our EU instance is not accessible at this moment. This is only an issue for accessing the web page. All mobile apps, APIs and data transfers are still functioning normally. Our team is looking into this to find a solutions as soon as possible. We will post updates here when these are available.
