Tonight between 19:00-24:00 CEST we will perform our scheduled maintenance on our database servers. We will upgrade our database servers to make our applications more reliable and scalable for the future. Though we try to keep the impact on our applications as small as possible, we do expect downtime during this maintenance window.
We will perform several upgrades during this evening. This will cause multiple offline periods for our applications, causing the applications to be unavailable for a short time. The affected applications are: Device Management, Analytics, !D Cloud, Cube, EasiNet, Developer Portal and Support Portal. When an application is unavailable, it will not be reachable via web, app or API during that period. It is possible that multiple applications are offline at the same time during the maintenance window.
During the downtime of our applications, please be assured that no data will be lost and our applications will catch up quickly after the maintenance is finished.
