Our development team is still working on the issues with our !D Cloud servers to get them fixed as soon as possible.
The issues may cause !D Cloud web to respond slowly and it is possible that a timeout occurs when loading a web page. We also see slow downs in retrieving ERP stock data in the app as well as !D Cloud web.
All data that is sent to !D Cloud will be processed normally, so no data will be lost. It is possible that the data becomes available with a slight delay due to the server issues.
