iD Cloud Web (EU) !D Cloud impacted by DDOS attack on DNS provider

Update: the DNS provider Transip is still working hard to resolve the issues following the DDOS attack. Unfortunately we cannot provide a time line when all issues have been resolved, but as soon as they are, we will update our status page. Due to the issues it is possible that you are not able to reach !D Cloud web or use the !D Cloud app at the moment. Once the issues at Transip are resolved, all services will be reachable again.

Our DNS provider Transip is having issues due to a DDOS attack. They are working as fast as they can to resolve this issue. Due to this the reachability of our Nedap Retail applications can be interrupted (!D Cloud web, !D Cloud apps, Device Management, Analytics, Support portal and Cube).
