Update: To prevent iOS mobile devices — that have not yet been upgraded to 2022.3.0 — from upgrading, the iD Cloud iOS app has been removed from the App Store as a precaution. Our development team is working on a hotfix for this issue that will become available in a new app release.
We will update this page as soon as this hotfix is available and an additional email will be sent to all iOS customers to inform them about the hotfix changes.
