iD Cloud Web (US) Connection issues iD Cloud US instance resolved

Our team was able to resolve the connection issues to our iD Cloud US instance. Our team will further investigate the root cause and a post mortem will be placed on our support portal.

Update: only our iD Cloud web environment had connection issues. All our back-end processes were not affected and our APIs were accessible the whole time. This means no data has been lost.
