We are seeing issues with creating new OAuth tokens which is used in connecting to our Nedap Retail systems on the EU instance. This means that for some users it will currently not be possible to login to iD Cloud web or create a new short lived token for use in APIs or SFTP.
Our development team is investigating the issue and is working to get this resolved a.s.a.p.
