Connection issues resolved on Nedap Retail Services (EU instance)

Our team has been monitoring the situation closely the past hour and we see that all applications are connecting normally again. The connection issues are now resolved and all systems are operational again.

A further investigation will follow on this incident and we will post a post mortem on our support portal once this investigation is finalized. We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this incident.
