iD Cloud Web Nedap Retail services reachable again - issues resolved (EU instance)

The issues were fixed by our development teams and all processing is restored to normal. Our services are functioning normally again, which means iD Cloud web, iD Cloud app, Device Management and Analytics are reachable again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. A further investigation will follow during the following week.
