iD Cloud Web service disruption (investigating) EU instance

Due to the prolonged duration of the problems/issues and the lack of a quick solution, we have decided to proceed with two approaches:

  • We will continue investigating and attempting to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

  • If not resolved within a timely manner, simultaneously, a second team will set up a new environment to restore availability. The downside is that this will result in data loss, but availability will be restored and this is our main priority.
