iD Cloud Web service disruption (resolving) EU instance

We are currently observing positive improvements in our environment and have decided to continue monitoring performance and stability rather than transitioning to our new environment immediately.

While this approach will take a bit longer, it ensures that we do not risk any data loss. The new environment was successfully brought online and our new environment remains a viable backup option, so we are prepared to switch if necessary.
