One of our external providers is having issues, which is affecting the iD Cloud service on the EU instance. We have raised a high priority issue with them and the issue is actively being worked on.
Unfortunately until that issue is resolved, all features that require realtime stock information (like Shipments, Refill, Availability, Realtime Count etc) will encounter errors in both the iD Cloud app and iD Cloud web.
