We have successfully restored the processing of alarm and customer-counting data from EASiNet systems.
Due to the large backlog that accumulated during the service disruption, it will take some time before Nedap Retail Analytics, reports, APIs, and other data exports are fully up to date as the platform continues processing the backlog.
Store-based EAS functionality remained operational throughout the incident and continues to function normally.
