EASiNet (OS/t systems) (EU) EASiNet Service Disruption (Resolved) - EU Instance

The backlog of alarm and customer-counting data from EASiNet systems has now been processed.

Nedap Retail Analytics, reports, APIs and other data exports are up to date and functioning normally again. Store-based EAS functionality remained operational throughout the incident.

We will continue to monitor the service. This incident is now considered resolved.
