iD Cloud Web (EU) Data Processing Delays - EPCIS events

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing a delay in processing EPCIS events. These events may contain count data and POS data (sold / unsold events). Our team is working on getting the data processing back on track. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.

As a precaution we have silenced our !D Cloud EAS, to prevent false alarms in the stores.
