Connection issues Nedap Retail Services (EU instance)

Our team has been monitoring the situation closely the past hour and we see that all applications are connecting normally again.

The connection issues are now resolved and all systems are operational again. A further investigation will follow on this incident and we will post a post mortem on our support portal once this investigation is finalized.

We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this incident.

Our team has implemented fixes on our EU instance servers to solve the connection issues. We see that our systems recovered and applications from the field are coming back online and are able to connect again.

Our team is closely monitoring this situation and we will place an update once we see all systems are green again. No data has been lost during this incident.

We have rerouted some traffic, which resulted in better availability of our server applications. We will continue investigating the source of the issue and monitor the ongoing situations.

A critical part of our infrastructure is having issues, causing our devices (gates and apps) in the field to reconnect, slowing down all network traffic. Most apps and integrations are impacted. Our teams are still investigating and as soon as we have an additional update we will update our status page.

  • iD Cloud SFTP (EU)
  • iD Cloud EAS (EU)
  • Cube
  • Nedap Retail Analytics
  • Device Management

Connection might be very slow or giving an error while trying to connect.

iD Cloud Web (EU) iD Cloud Web service disruption (EU instance)

We are experiencing some performance issues on EU servers. iD Cloud Web and Device Management are still working but could be a little slower than expected. We are closely monitoring the situation.
