iD Cloud APIs (EU) iD Cloud Service disruption resolved (EU instance)

The fixes have been implemented by our network partner and we see our services are back to normal again. Our development teams will keep monitoring the situation to ensure everything remains stable.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that was caused by this incident.

We see our services improving and the error rate going down, this means that most of our applications are reachable again. Our network partner is still working on implementing the final fixes and we will post an update once all services are completely back to normal again.

Our network partner has identified the cause and is implementing fixes throughout the clusters. We see improvements in the error rates from these fixes. Until the fixes are applied to the whole environment, it is still possible that a connection issue occurs. The team is working as quickly as possible to get the fixes in place and get our services back to normal.

Our network partner is looking into the issues and trying to find the root cause. Until the issues are fixed it is possible that our applications (API, web and app) still encounter intermittent connection issues. The teams are working on this to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Once we have more information, we will post an update again on our status page.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption. iD Cloud web, our APIs or mobile app on the EU instance might load slowly or not load at all. Our development team is working, together with our network partner, to identify the root cause and implement a solution.
