iD Cloud APIs (US) iD Cloud services issues (US instance) resolved

Our team has checked all previous errors and ran all necessary tests to mark the issue as resolved. The team will keep monitoring this closely and in case anything changes, we will update the status page again.

iD Cloud APIs (US) iD Cloud services issues (US instance) are resolved

Our team has implemented a fix and we are seeing the error rates going down. The team is monitoring this and running through open alerts to resolve these all. We see data being posted again to and from our iD Cloud applications on the US Instance. We will place an update once all checks have been done.

iD Cloud APIs (US) Service disruption - general (identified) (US Instance)

The team is still working on implementing a fix for the issue that was identified on the iD Cloud US Instance. We do not have an estimation yet on how long this will take. As soon as we know more, we will update our status page again. Please know that multiple teams are currently working on resolving the issues we see.

iD Cloud APIs (US) Service disruption - general (Identified) (US Instance)

Our team has most likely found the issue and is working on repairing this as fast as possible. Until the fix is implemented, iD Cloud services on the US instance will remain unstable and it is possible that the iD Cloud app and web application are not reachable. We see mostly issues with retrieving data from iD Cloud and in some cases sending data.

iD Cloud APIs (US) Service disruption - general (investigating) (US Instance)

At this moment we see errors for our iD Cloud US instance. Our team is currently investigating these and find out what exactly the issue is. It is possible you experience slow responses in our app and web application at the moment, our APIs are partly unavailable or our app showing a connection error.

Our development team is working to identify the root cause. We will send an additional update when we have more information.
