The past few hours we have seen normal operating procedure of our iD Cloud application and mark this incident as resolved. Our teams will keep monitoring the applications closely to ensure everything remains stable.

The fixes that have been implemented are effective. We continue to see a decreased error rate and our applications return to normal behavior. Our teams will keep monitoring the situation closely to ensure everything remains stable.

We see that our applications are continuing to show improvements. The team is monitoring this very closely and has this as their highest priority. Although we continue to see a decrease of errors and connection issues, it is still possible that some stores experience a connection issue.

Next to this we would like to ensure you that no data has been lost. Data processing might have been slower than normal, but all data that is processed is valid and will be accessible in iD Cloud.

We see the performance of our applications improving. Our teams are still working very hard to mitigate the issues and monitoring the improvements. While we see improvements in the usage of iD Cloud, it is still possible that there are connection issues.
