iD Cloud APIs (EU) Elevated API Errors (EU instance)

The elevated errors in our APIs have been resolved. The processing of messages on our APIs is back to normal and therefore our iD Cloud app and web application are performing normally again. Our development team is still monitoring this very closely and if there are any new updates we will post these on this page.

Elevated API Errors (EU instance)

We have identified the root cause of the issue. Our teams are working on implementing improvements on our servers to get all delays resolved. We will keep you posted via this page.

iD Cloud APIs (EU) Elevated API Errors (EU instance)

We also see a delay in retrieving and creating Shipment notices. This can cause errors in our iD Cloud app when trying to receive shipments. We kindly ask you to wait until the incident is resolved for receiving shipments in your stores. Our development team is still trying to resolve these issues and we will keep you posted via this page.

Elevated API Errors (EU instance)

We see elevated errors on our Article API, this can also impact loading of other features in our iD Cloud application. It can take a bit longer to load expected stock for an RFID count or to retrieve Refill suggestions. Our team is working hard to get these errors resolved as soon as possible and we will keep you updated via this page.

Most impacted is currently the retrieving of article images to show in our iD Cloud app and web application. Our team is further investigating and trying to resolve the issue as fast as possible. We will post updates on this page when we know more.

Unfortunately we are experiencing an elevated level of API errors and are currently investigating the issue. We see that some of our iD Cloud applications respond slowly. All our developers are currently on this case and we will try to get this resolved a.s.a.p.
